What information do we collect?
A. Non-personally identifiable information
Metalkills and/or its website hosting service provider (hereinafter, “we” or “us”) may automatically receive and record certain non-personally identifiable information about you as you visit and navigate the Site. Non-Personally Identifiable Information does not reveal your identity but refers, instead , the types of information set forth below in this subsection A, namely:
Server Log Files. Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number automatically assigned to your computer to enable information to be routed to it as you browse the Internet. We may save log files which record your IP address when you visit our Site.
Environmental variables. Environmental variables provide us with technical information about your computer, such as computer type and Internet browser type.
Pixel tags. Pixel tags are image files that send information to us about how you use our website.
In addition we may keep logs which record the search terms you enter into our “Search News” and “Search CD Reviews.” These logs may be associated with cookies.
B. Personally identifiable information
In addition to the non-personally identifiable information that we may automatically collect, we may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide. Specifically, when you sign up with the Site to obtain log in privileges, we ask you to supply your email address, a password, your date of birth and your location. Once you log in, you are not anonymous to us. Accordingly, when you log in (1) your otherwise non-personally identifiable information and (2) the reviews, comments, and other information that you may choose to submit to our Site may both become associated with your log in information.
In addition, if you choose to submit news, we will collect your email address and, if you want to receive credit for the submission, you will be asked to provide your name or nickname, as well any applicable website you wish to provide. Uses of Collected Information
Because non-personally identifiable information collected at the Site does not personally non-personally identifiable information with any affiliates and/or other third parties, for any purpose. In general, the following types of information may be used for the purposes stated:

We may use your IP address stored in our server log files together with the IP addresses of all visitors to our Site for various administrative and marketing purposes, such as to measure how many people are visiting our website, the pages visited in a session, to help diagnose any problems that Site visitors may have receiving Site information.

Your Username and password are used to validate that you are a registered user and authorized to submit a post to the forum. We may also use personally identifiable information for our own internal business analytical purposes. We are not responsible for personally identifiable information, such as your email address, which is disclosed by you in your profile, or when you post comments or other information as permitted by our Site and which are visible to others visiting the Site. Opting in to receive or share information
We may also provide opportunities for you to opt-in to (1) receive marketing messages from us or from related companies or our advertisers. Sharing of Information
A. We may provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements. This Policy Not Applicable to Other Companies
Nevertheless, we do work with third party service providers for purposes of hosting and administering this Site and both non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable information may be stored on the server of our service provider.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information And Preferences
Currently, other than changing your password, there are no preferences for a registered user to select. There is no option for account deletion, however, once logged in, a registered user can change his or her password.
The data discussed above that is provide by you may be retained by us for as long as we deem it useful or necessary. Should a specific time period for data storage be mandated by pertinent law or regulation, we reserve the right to comply with same.
Not Targeting Children
This Site is not intended for children and we currently do not knowingly collect or aggregate personally identifiable information regarding children younger than 13 years old. If you are under 13 years old, please note that you should not provide any personally identifiable information.
Confidentiality and Security
Information sent over the Internet and information stored on our servers connected to the Internet cannot be 100% secure. In addition, to improve the ease of use of our Site, any personally identifiable information (such as your password) that you may provide when using our Site is sent in unencrypted form. Accordingly you have the obligation to keep your password confidential, and if you are concerned that your password or other personal information may be disclosed by providing them to us, you should not provide it.
We also reserve the right to geographically limit access to the Site and to block access to users from certain countries, territories or jurisdictions at any time, at our sole election.
